Ocean Dream Villa Palawan was designed in 2024 as a luxury escape in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines with a local architect and engineers.

It was built in 2025 and completed construction in 2026 using local Palawan construction teams.

It is now open as a highly-rated vacation rental villa on Airbnb and VRBO.

Why I Built the Best Vacation Rental in Puerto Princesa
I’ve traveled enough to know exactly what makes a vacation rental feel right — and what makes it fall short. After spending time in Puerto Princesa and struggling to find a place that had the design, comfort, and amenities I actually wanted, I decided to stop looking and start building.
I wanted to create what I believed should be the best vacation rental in Puerto Princesa, Palawan — not by someone else’s standard, but by the standard of a genuine traveler who knows what a great stay actually feels like.

Every design choice, every amenity, every detail was chosen because it’s what I would want as a guest — not just what was convenient or cheap to include. The standard I held myself to was simple: would I be genuinely happy staying here? If the answer was no, I changed it.
